CHRISTMAS TREES TWINKLE FOR LOCAL CHARITIES IN NORWICH CHURCH

On Wednesday 2 December 2015 at 6.30 pm, the Lord Mayor of Norwich will switch on the lights of over thirty Christmas trees in St Peter Mancroft Church, Norwich.

 

The trees will have been purchased and decorated by local business and educational organizations with a view to raising funds for local charities. Those benefitting will be Sistema in Norwich and the Care4Clare School project.Watch movie online The Transporter Refueled (2015)

 

The Christmas Tree Festival is being jointly organised by St Peter Mancroft Church and the Rotary Club of Norwich St Edmund.

 

Norwich Rotaract Club will be decorating our own tree, and helping staff the event throughout the five days.

 

A large Memorial Tree will also be erected in the Church. This “Tree of Memories” will provide an opportunity for members of the public to make a dedication in memory of a loved one during the Festival and the weeks before Christmas.

 

The decorated Christmas Trees can be enjoyed by the public during the following periods:

 

Thurs 3 Dec    10.00 am – 8.00 pm

Fri 4 Dec        10.00 am – 5.00 pm

Sat 5 Dec       10.00 am – 5.00 pm

Sun 6 Dec       1.00 pm – 6.30 pm

Mon 7 Dec       10.00 am  – 5.00pm

 

Admission will be free
