• Increase membership by 10% through encouraging each member to bring along a new person each
• Develop our own community and international service projects
• Raise £400 for each community and international service project
• Work with club partners in business to provide sponsorship
• Foster peer learning, to provide every member with the ability to hold any role within Rotaract

• Evaluate and review Year 2

• Work to develop an Interact club for young adults aged 12-18
